1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging in our private coaching services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Services

a. We offer private coaching sessions for soccer players of all skill levels.

b. Sessions will be conducted by qualified coaches at agreed-upon locations.

c. Coaching may include technical skills training, tactical understanding, physical conditioning, and mental preparation.

3. Booking and Payment

a. Booking: Sessions must be booked in advance through our designated channels.

b. Payment: Payment is due in full at the time of Session. We accept cash, E-transfer, or other agreed-upon forms of payment.

c. Refunds: Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

4. Conduct

a. Respect: Coaches and players must treat each other with respect at all times.

b. Discipline: Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in the termination of the session without refund.

c. Safety: Coaches will prioritize the safety of players during sessions, but participants must also adhere to safety guidelines and instructions.

5. Liability

a. Waiver: Participants understand and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with soccer and agree to waive any liability against the coaching staff and business for injuries sustained during sessions.

b. Insurance: Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage.

6. Confidentiality

a. Any personal or sensitive information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential by the coaching staff.

7. Intellectual Property

a. All coaching materials, drills, and techniques provided during sessions are the intellectual property of the business and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Termination

a. Either party may terminate the coaching arrangement at any time with written notice.

9. Amendments

a. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time, and the most recent version will be posted on our website.

10. Governing Law

a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Canada, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
