Picture & Video Consent

I, hereby grant consent to Precision Football Training and its representatives to take photographs and/or videos of me during coaching sessions. I understand that these images may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media, marketing materials, and advertising campaigns.

I acknowledge that my participation in these activities is voluntary and that I will not receive any financial compensation for the use of these images. I also understand that I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by notifying Precision Football Training in writing.

I hereby release Precision Football Training, its agents, employees, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of the use of these photographs and/or videos, including but not limited to any claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of publicity rights.

By booking a session, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the terms of this consent form and agree to abide by them.
